We wish to inform you of an important change regarding our cheque-cashing services. Effective 1 July 2024, we will no longer cash cheques payable to non-CNB account holders. 

This decision has been made to streamline our services, allocate resources more efficiently and reduce risks. In addition, this move is aligned to our strategy to better utilise CNB’s digital channels, reduce costs to our customers, and further protect the environment through elimination of paper.

We are providing this 60-day notice period to allow ample time for alternative arrangements. Presentations in the workplace can be scheduled with our Service Delivery team. The aim of the presentation would be to encourage employees to explore the array of account options provided by CNB. These options offer various benefits, including convenient online banking and access to our extensive network of ATMs and ITMs
