((CSX: CNC) KY) (“CNC”), announces that at its Annual General Meeting held Thursday, February 22, 2024, shareholders resolved to approve a final cash dividend of 30 cents per share (CI$0.30), to be distributed on March 06, 2024 (or as soon thereafter as possible) to CNC’s shareholders of record as at February 28, 2024, for a total dividend for the year of 36 cents per share (CI$0.36).
